The discussions that emerged from the professional development planning with JMMS teachers and Mrs. Andersen revealed that a discussion about what you want to become, where every staff member has a voice, is an essential step BEFORE professional development is scheduled.
I deeply trust in the power of you as educators to work together, to find a renewed inspiration as a TEAM through this process, to think BIG, to plan and create something for JMMS that is even more special than your school already is....
There are some aspects that none of us control. There are a few parameters that I will set. The rest is up to you!
Ultimately, we are all in control of what WE become.
